Your responsibility for your password and login
To become a registered user, you must provide a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password at any time by following instructions. You may also change your login by contacting customer service. You may also delete services attached to your registration at your convenience.
You agree to immediately notify ExpatCareers.com of any unauthorized use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.
No misrepresentations allowed
You agree that it is a condition on your use of the ExpatCareers.com resume database facility, ExpatCareers.com Salary Survey and of any other services provided by ExpatCareers.com or through the Site that you will not either through any act (including but not limited to posting a resume of the ExpatCareers.com Site) or omission mislead or deceive others.
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
For the purposes of this agreement the words "ExpatCareers.com", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to ExpatCareers.com "Site" to materials delivered on www.ExpatCareers.com and other co-branded versions of the site.
ExpatCareers.com CANDIDATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An Employer Account membership entitles a subscribing branch or office of a company ("Member" or "Employer" or "Customer") to use an ExpatCareers.com Employer Account ("Account") for the duration of their paid membership period. The use of the Account is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Membership entitles a Member to a Company Profile. A Company Profile is a description of a hiring company, employer or recruiter placed on the www.ExpatCareers.com site. An employer may create their Company Profile from within their ExpatCareers.com Account. A Customer may edit, free of charge, their Company Profile using their Account. There is no limit to the number of edits. Memberships are on a per office or per branch basis. Companies wishing to post jobs for multiple branches/office must register individual memberships. Please contact us to inquire about available discounts if you have three or more branches/office.
Employers may not post vacancies or direct job seekers to their website in the 'Company Description' section of their account profile field. When adding a job there is an option to automatically redirect job seekers to a specific website for the application process.
Employer Membership Types
All jobs posted shall be open to interstate and / or international applicants. Please read our terms (below) regarding the removal of jobs, which do not meet out terms and conditions.
a) UNLIMITED POSTING MEMBERSHIP
Unlimited Membership entitles Employers to post jobs onto the www.ExpatCareers.com Site from their Account. Employers may add an unlimited number of jobs if they have purchased an Unlimited Posting membership for the duration of their membership period. Each posting will be e-mailed to all necessary individuals as per the Job Alert database within 24 hours of being listed. Unlimited posting membership is restricted to an individual Company Profile. In principle, individual memberships need to be purchased for each Company Profile. Bulk discounts maybe available if multiple memberships over multiple Company Profiles are required.
b) LIMITED POSTING
Employers that purchase individual job postings will have the ability to post as many jobs as they have purchased. Each posting will be e-mailed to all necessary individuals as per the Job Alert database within 24 hours of being listed. Unused job posting credits are non-refundable and they do have a specific expiration date.
c) ACCESS TO RESUME / CV DATABASE
Employers have the option of purchasing access to the Resume / CV database for a limited period. During this period, employers may contact as many ExpatCareers.com candidates as they wish providing they comply with these terms and conditions.
Confirmation, Billing and Payment - Employer Account
Employers must pay in advance by one of the secured payment means available. All Purchase Orders (POs) must be approved by ExpatCareers.com before their account will be activated. ExpatCareers.com, may contact Employers wishing to pay using a PO as part of the approval process. ExpatCareers.com will send an e-mail confirmation to the employer upon creation of a Membership Account.
One Position Per Job Posting
Each posting shall advertise only one position. Multiple job openings will require multiple postings. Discounts, if any, for multiple postings are as set forth in the fee schedule.
RIGHT TO REMOVE JOB / CV / RESUME
We reserve the right to remove Jobs or CVs / Resumes without prior notice, which fail to comply with our terms or conditions. We shall remove any advertised job, which is clearly not for a vacant position and is only intended to collect CVs / Resumes and any job, which is not open to interstate and / or international applicants. We shall also remove any Job or CV / Resume, which may be viewed as offensive to others or may in any other way negatively impact the reputation of ExpatCareers.com.
ExpatCareers.com will only offer refunds in exceptional cases where it is clearly evident that a subscription or product was incorrectly purchased.
Refund requests must be made in writing. No refund requests will be accepted over the phone. To request a refund, you must e-mail your request to the following e-mail address: Sales@ExpatCareers.com
The customer may take down any of its own job postings or resume / CV prior to expiration of the posting, however, no money will be prorated or refunded.
The ExpatCareers.com refund policy may be subject to change at any time.
